Can I add the bank account of a parent or a friend?

In order to work on missions as a Curator, you must be old enough to have a bank account in your country.

It's for this reason that you cannot use someone else's bank account to receive Musixmatch rewards.

The bank account/Paypal account you use to receive your rewards must relate to the information present in your Musixmatch Curator account

If the name and surname of the Account Holder don't match with name and surname of the recipient (added on General Information section), not only will the payment not be delivered, but the user in question will be directly downgraded without chance of re-gaining their status in future.
