I haven't received the payment yet. Why?

Have you received an email confirming that you actually completed the Mission? Before going any further check this out, don't forget the spam folder too.

Don't forget to complete your profile (Payment Details) in order to give us all the information we need. Remember also that the profile of the Curator working on Mission must coincide with the bank account holder's information.

We send payments to all our Curators around the World, it can require some extra time to deliver this number of rewards in so many Countries. 

Moreover, you'd consider that the amount will be based on the reward obtained for the missions of the month before (considering the expire mission date, not the date of completion).
