I haven't received the payment yet. Why?

First of all, don't forget to complete your profile (Payment Details) in order to give us all the information we need. Remember also that the profile of the Curator working on Mission must coincide with the bank account holder's information.

We send payments to all our Curators around the World, it can require some extra time to deliver this number of rewards in so many Countries. 

Moreover, you'd consider that the amount will be based on how tasks you completed within the last day of the month before.

Musixmatch will send payments if the amount you'd receive is equal or higher the minimum threshold: 30 USD.

The payment will be sent pending the first 15 days of each month.
