Why haven't I received my test results?
We will share your test result with you via email
If you have not received such an email, make sure you have:
- Waited at least 48 hours
- Checked the spam folder
- Submitted the test with the same email you used to create your Musixmatch account
- Not previously clicked on "Unsubscribe" to our mailing list
Other possible reasons for not having received your test results are:
- You're not yet eligible
- Your profile is missing some information
- You have been recently downgraded or banned for poor contributions
If you have double-checked and none of these ring true, we encourage you to re-take the test!
