Why haven't I received my test results?

We will share your test result with you via email

If you have not received such an email, make sure you have:

  • Waited at least 48 hours
  • Checked the spam folder
  • Submitted the test with the same email you used to create your Musixmatch account
  • Not previously clicked on "Unsubscribe" to our mailing list

Other possible reasons for not having received your test results are:

  • You're not yet eligible
  • Your profile is missing some information
  • You have been recently downgraded or banned for poor contributions

If you have double-checked and none of these ring true, we encourage you to re-take the test!
