My payment has been rejected. What should I do?

Musixmatch normally requests all the payments by mid-month.

After the request, it could happen that:

- the payment will be rejected for different reasons (i.e. your bank doesn't accept the transfer asking for additional info, our banking partner blocks the payment during their payment checking, etc) 

- your payment details didn't still complete (orange status "incomplete", instead of the green status "active")

In these cases, your payment is not lost: Musixmatch will send you again the payment the month after, adding the new amount you may have collected.
