What are verified lyrics?

Verified lyrics means that those lyrics have been added and synced by the most trusted source on the Musixmatch platform: the artist. 

Please make sure to use your verified account if you want to have your lyrics flagged as "Verified".

To verify your lyrics you just need to transcribe and synchronize them or, in case they have been added already by a member of our community, check and confirm that everything is in order. 

From that moment onward, nobody will be able to modify your lyrics, and we will distribute them to all of our partners.

We do send all the lyrics added and synced by a Verified Artist to Apple Music, Spotify and to every customer through our APIs within one working day from the upload.

However, we don't have an exact-time frame as to when it'll appear in 3rd parties after you add them, but we hope it doesn't take too long.
