How do I upload publishing data to Musixmatch?

If you wish to get started with MXM PRO for Publishers and onboard your catalogue, please review the information below to find the option that best suits your needs:

  • CWR ingestion through SFTP area;

  • CSV file ingestion through SFTP area; 

  • Musixmatch API; 

  • Musixmatch PRO for Publishers, a platform designed to allow publishers and self-published writers to directly find and claim their titles. Please note that if you have up to 1000 songs in your catalogue this will be your go to option. Keep in mind that even if you have chosen one of the three above-mentioned methods, you will still be able to access the platform to see your distribution reports and check your catalogue. 

If you are not sure which one of the above-mentioned options will fit you the most, please contact publishers-support@musixmatch.com. 

Please note that none of the above formats support lyrics delivery. If you wish to send us your lyrics, please visit Musixmatch PRO for Artists and choose the plan that best fits your needs.
