My application has been rejected, what can I do?

If your application has been rejected, you will receive an automatic email. The process of verifying a publisher's details might have been interrupted because our team encountered an issue. Some of the problems that may have happened could be: 

  • Some information related to your Musixmatch account (name, surname or email) is not reliable; 
  • The IPI number and company information are not correct; 
  • We may have been unable to verify if your organisation has publishing rights;
