In this case you can wait 60 days to take the test again, and return eligible for payments.

Be aware though, if your content will be reported as spam (e.g. for hit-saving, adding random lyrics, or profanities of any kind in lyrics that don't contain any of that content), you will lose your status and won't be eligible to payments again.
