I can't log in using my Translation credentials. Why?

If you're receiving the following error message (or another similar one) when trying to log in with your translation credentials, it can be for a number of reasons. Scroll below to find out why.

  • The first option is that you're trying to log in via a currently unsupported method. Please note that log in to the translation mission is not possible on the apps, or the old desktop app. Please try logging on directly via the link in the email you received, confirming your translation credentials

If you're trying that but still unable to log in, your new status may not have been correctly registered. Please let us know by contacting us support@musixmatch.com so we can get it fixed for you.
