How can I outsource my lyrics to Musixmatch Curators?
Go to the Outsource tab in Musixmatch Pro
After you have purchased a Pro Plan here, go to the "Outsource" tab in Musixmatch Pro to email our pro-plan support team and request your lyrics to be curated.
Our Pro-Plan support team will send you a request form where you can select the songs you want curated by our Musixmatch experts. Below you can see how it looks like.
We guess you have the lyrics noted somewhere in a file 😊! Providing the lyrics help our Curators to not mishear anything and to curate your lyrics faster, which means that they also will be distributed faster.
Once added the lyrics, you can submit the form.
The lyrics will be curated by our experts and delivered to all online music services and search engines we partner with.
What if I need to submit more songs?
First, please make sure that you do not go above the number of songs curated that are included in your Pro Plan.
If you have not selected some of your songs in the first form we have sent you, you can request them using that same form.
If you have released new songs, and they are not present in the first form we have sent you, please contact us again using the "Outsource" tab in Musixmatch Pro.
Do's and Don'ts of sharing the lyrics with us
Do's:
- Clearly divide with spaces the Lyrics for each song
- Add the Title of the song before the lyrics in a way that we can distinguish it is the title
- Adding the structure also helps us to understand better how the lyrics in the song should be organized
Don'ts
- Lyrics for all songs are 1 big block of text
- Lyrics for different songs are not separated with spaces and the titles
- Lyrics are not broken down by verses, but provided all in one line
