    Before anything else, ensure you have claimed your podcast. Unsure how to do it? Our guide "How to Claim Your Podcast" walks you through every step. Make sure all the necessary actions are completed.

  2. Log In to Your Account

    First things first, ensure you're logged into your account. You should see your avatar on the top right. No avatar? Click the placeholder image to sign in and get started.

  3. Access Your Show

    Navigate to your podcast show easily. Just hit the search bar, type in your show’s name, and select it from the results.

  4. Verify and Edit Your Episode

    After logging in, if your podcast is verified, the Edit episode button should be noticeable. This is your gateway to accessing and editing transcripts.

  5. Requesting or Editing Transcriptions

    a) Need a New Transcription?

    Request one directly within the Editor. It's a quick process, and you’ll be notified via email once your transcription is ready.

    b) Have an Existing Transcription?

    You can tweak and refine your transcript as needed. Rest assured, all edits are auto-saved on your device.
