Do not report issues through social media
Reports made on social media do not reach the team that resolves them, and get you slower results. Use Slack (see above) to report issues directly instead.
We also ask that you do not contact artists on behalf of Musixmatch. The Musixmatch Community is ready to help with any questions you have instead.
