Why is my IP blocked?

The following error message is mainly caused by the date and the time being incorrectly configured on your device, either through the Automatic settings or through manual configuration.

To make sure that your device's date and time settings are accurate, please configure the following manually:

  • Time Zone

  • Date (Check the year)

  • Time

  • AM/PM

IP blocking is usually temporary and will go away on its own sometime after the 'suspicious' activity is no longer detected.

Please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  • If you are using a VPN, you should switch it off.

  • If you are not using a VPN, try switching to a different network (changing from Wi-Fi to your mobile data and/or switching to a different Wi-Fi network, etc.)
