I'm unable to upgrade my Premium plan. Can you help me?

To upgrade your Premium plan you must purchase the subscription with the same iTunes or Google Play account that you used to make the initial purchase: 

On Android please check your current Play Store account from the Google Settings app.

On iOS please check your current iTunes account from the AppStore, scrolling to the bottom of the Today section.

Please make sure you're using the same email that the receipt of your initial purchase was delivered to.

You have to use the same device type to purchase the upgrade:

If you bought Premium on iOS you must also purchase the upgrade on an iOS device using the Musixmatch app. 

Vice versa, if you bought Premium on Android you must also purchase the upgrade on an Android device using the Musixmatch app.
