Refunds for Musixmatch Premium go through the store you subscribed with. Musixmatch does not process these refunds directly, and each store applies its own refund policy and eligibility window.
If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS)
Request your refund directly from Apple. Apple decides whether you qualify based on its own policy: manage and cancel iOS subscriptions.
If you subscribed through Google Play (Android)
Request your refund directly from Google. Google decides whether you qualify based on its own policy: Google Play refund policy.
