My Premium account is not working. What can I do?
If you have purchased our Premium plan, please make sure you are logged into Musixmatch with the same account you used when you purchased the Premium Plan.
The Musixmatch subscription is associated with one Musixmatch account.
Note that it is not possible to transfer a Premium Plan from one Musixmatch account to another.
Instead, you'll need to cancel your current Premium Plan and repurchase it in your new account.
On iOS: if you're still having trouble, use the restore In-App Purchase button (located in the settings tab, Get Premium section of your account) to restore your previous purchase.
