How to clear the browser cache?

In order to solve the main issues you may have by using the new Musixmatch Studio, we kindly invite you to clear your browser cache.

  • A quick way to see if your problem is cache related is to open the site in a new incognito window. Note: you shouldn’t have other incognito windows/tab already open.
  • To clear the cache in Google Chrome go:
    • Open Google Chrome Menu
    • Click on History
    • Click on "Clear browsing data"
    • Check the box “Cookies and other site data”
    • Press "Clear data"

Alternatively, you can click the Padlock icon to the left of the URL for a quicker, more isolated result!
