What are Frames and how can I get one?
Frames are official Musixmatch Avatar accessories designed to celebrate and reward the most supportive and active members of our Community.
They come in 4 forms, each focused on recognizing and promoting our community heroes in different areas of support.
We want to acknowledge your extra efforts and put them in a Frame for all the Community to celebrate!

Catalogue Support
This Frame celebrates commitment to the wellbeing of the Musixmatch catalogue. Community members can increase their chances of gaining this Frame by engaging with the following activities in the #catalogue-issues channel of the Curator and Community Slack Workspaces:
- Providing users with the link(s) to requested tracks/albums/artists (when available)
- Helping other users format their requests according to the Catalogue Issues Guide
- Answering general questions in the channel, providing solutions where possible
Tech Support
This Frame commemorates passionate techies, devoted to supporting fellow Musixmatchers will their technological prowess. Community members can increase their chances of gaining this Frame by engaging with the following activities in the various tech-support channels of the Curator and Community Slack Workspaces:
- Sharing support pages to promote general workarounds for the iOS app, Android app, and Musixmatch Studio, and encourage users to check the Betas for existing solutions
- Notify users if the bug they’re reporting is a known issue and has already been forwarded to a Moderator
- Encourage reporting users to format their posts with the necessary links/screen recordings, ready for Moderator attention
Quality Support
This Frame marks the efforts of Community members driven by a passion to keep the quality of the Musixmatch lyrics catalogue sky-high! Community members can increase their chances of gaining this Frame by engaging with the following activities across the Curator and Community Slack Workspaces:
- Sharing the Guidelines, Insights, and Curator Pledge in response to questions regarding lyrics contributions and the Musixmatch Community
- Providing lyrics comprehension support and suggestions/corrections when errors are found in contributions, to help others grow towards greater contribution capabilities
- Reporting users to the Moderators in cases where errors are seemingly intentional, or attempts to support and mentor are sadly disregarded/unsuccessful
Mentoring Support
This Frame celebrates the most supportive of our Community; users who channel their experience and knowledge into helping others grow as active contributors. Community members can increase their chances of gaining this Frame by engaging with the following activities across the Curator and Community Slack Workspaces:
- Welcoming new members to the workspace(s), sharing support links/tips and tricks to help get them started
- Boosting community growth by scouting users not yet in the workspaces and requesting/sharing invite links
- Answering general questions and encouraging workspace activity by posting informative tips/fun polls/engagement schemes etc.
