General Steps on your browser

  • Be sure to access the studio via the most updated version of Google Chrome

  • Refresh the page a few times or click the "Try again" button if it appears.

  • Clear the cache

  • Try incognito mode (always on Google Chrome)

  • Try a completely new session (third-party extensions can have a negative impact on the performance of the Studio, so it's best to try without them!)

Recheck your audio source connection
