Why isn't my Musixmatch Premium subscription working?

👉 If you have purchased your Premium subscription, please make sure you are logged into Musixmatch with the same account you used when you upgraded to Premium. 💎

👉 If you received Premium for free after gaining the Curator status, ensure that you are logged in with the account related to that account and not with a different one.

If your have purchased a Premium subscription, it's still active, but it isn’t displaying correctly in our Musixmatch Lyrics Finder app, you can restore it by following these steps:

  1. Be sure to have downloaded the last version of the app available on the stores.

  2. Open the app and make sure you're logged in.

  3. Go to Settings ⚙️.

  4. Tap the Premium badge.

  5. When the paywall appears, select Restore Subscriptions.

Your Premium access should reactivate right away. If it doesn’t, try restarting the app or reach out to our support team for help.
