I'm not receiving my translation test results. Why?

The results of your translation test result should arrive in your inbox within 5 days of taking the test. Be sure also to check your spam folder in case they've arrived there.

If after more than 5 days you still haven't received your test results, please follow these steps:

  • Log out and back into your account via the Curator Studio
  • If you see the Translation Mission, Congrats! You have passed the Translation test. Get going on the Mission!
  • If you can't see the Translation Mission or can't access the Curator Studio, we're sorry to say it'll mean you've not yet managed to pass the test. Wait 5 days and take it again! You can do it!
