I have purchased a Pro Plan but I cannot see the details of my purchase in Musixmatch Pro. Why?

If you do not see the details of your plan in your Musixmatch Pro profile, do not worry, that does not mean that your plan is not active.

We can see all the details about your subscription in our back-office, and we are working on displaying those details on your Musixmatch Pro profile information. It should be available very soon.
If in doubt, anyway, do not hesitate to contact us using the Contact Us form.
