Why can’t I log in?

If you're struggling to log in, don't panic! 🙀 There are a few things you can do:

First thing you need to know is that logging in with different log-in methods (Google, Facebook, Apple Music), you will create different accounts.

🔗 Logging in with your Facebook, Google, or Apple account?

Make sure you’re connected to the same account that you signed up with the first time.

If you log in with a different log in method, you won't see the profile you expect.

✉️ Logging in with your email address and password?

Make sure it’s the email that you used to set up your Musixmatch account, and try your password again.

Can’t remember which of your passwords you used for your Musixmatch account? No stress! Go to Forgot password, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a link to choose a new one.


Why can’t I log in after changing my password?

First, make sure you’re entering the right one. We can all lose track of which passwords we use for which site!

If you’re sure that you’re trying to log in with the right one on our website, there'll most be a cache issue.

Clear your cache and cookies, then try again.

You can also try to log in using Google Chrome in incognito mode. If this works, it'll confirm that the issue is a cache-related one.
