I worked on some missions, but my wallet’s balance is not increasing. Why?

When is the wallet updated?

An important thing to be aware of is that the wallet shown in the Curator Studio is not updated in real time.

It is usually updated towards the end of each month, and it will show the total amount that has not been sent to you in the previous months.

How do you update the wallet?

Rewards displayed in your wallet will be sent to you if the amount you’re due to receive is equal to or higher than the minimum threshold of $50 USD.

Scenario 1: You reached the monthly threshold of 50 USD

You complete 120 tasks in January for The Jukebox mission (0.5 USD per task).

Rewards you earn in January for 120 tasks: 60 USD.

Your wallet will be updated and will display 60 USD shortly before the reward is sent before the 20th of February.

Scenario 2: You did not reach the monthly threshold of 50 USD

You complete 80 tasks in January and 50 tasks in February for The Jukebox mission (0.5 USD per task).

Rewards gathered in January for 80 tasks: 40 USD.

You wallet will be updated and will display 40 USD before the 20th of February, but the reward will not be sent as you did not reach the minimum threshold of 50 USD.

Rewards gathered in February for 50 tasks: 25 USD.

Your wallet will be updated and will display 65 USD before the reward is sent before the 20th of March.

This is the sum of 40 USD (earned from January) added to the 25 USD (earned from February) as you have now reached, in January and February together, the minimum threshold of 50 USD.
