How to update your payment method

If you're having trouble completing your purchase due to payment issues, follow these simple steps to update your payment method.


Step 1: Access the Customer Portal

First, you'll need to access the customer portal. Click on the following link to log in: Customer Portal. Once logged in, you will be directed to your account dashboard.


Step 2: Add a Working Payment Method

  1. Navigate to the "Payment Methods" section, which can typically be found in your Customer Portal.


  1. Click on the "Add Payment Method" button.


  2. Enter the details of your new payment method. Make sure to double-check all information for accuracy.


  3. Save your new payment method. Your new payment method should now be listed as an option for future purchases.

Your purchase should automatically be triggered once the payment method is updated. If the payment is successful, you should receive a confirmation email and see the purchase reflected in your order history.
