You can delete your account using the Musixmatch website or the app.

πŸ’» Deleting your account on the Musixmatch website:

  1. Log in

  2. Open your Profile page

  3. Tap on "Edit Profile"

  4. Select "Delete My Account"

πŸ“± Deleting your account on the Musixmatch App:

  1. Select the tab "Home"

  2. Settings

  3. Press on your profile name

  4. Press the 3 dots in the top right of the page

  5. Press "Edit profile"

  6. Select "Privacy"

  7. Select "Delete my account"

Your account will be closed, and you'll no longer be able to log into it.

All Musixmatch activities on your account will be removed. This includes your badges and rankings on all leaderboards. Favorites and identified songs will also be lost.

We will send you a confirmation email that contains a link to reactivate your account in case you change your mind.

This link will only be valid for 7 days, after which your account will be lost forever.

In the case that you change your mind after these 7 days have passed, you can create a new account.

Please note: You can unsubscribe from emails or hide your profile from search engines without deleting your account.

Protecting our users and their data is our first priority. For this reason, we need to delete data fully whenever we are requested to do so by a signed-in user. Please remember that, if you delete your account, all data associated with it will be deleted and may not be recoverable.
