Using multiple accounts with the same email to sign in
On Musixmatch, each login method is associated with a different account (Google login, direct email, Apple login, etc.). Therefore, if you have multiple login methods with us, it may be the reason you are not able to view your subscription.
Try to see if the subscription is active, try first to log in with each different method you previously used.
You purchased the Pro Plan with a different email
Another reason may be that you have purchased the Pro Plan with an email that is different from the email that you created your Musixmatch Pro account with.
