There might be cases in which a publishers will have the need to give access to more members of their team to the Musixmatch PRO for Publishers platform (to check the quarterly royalties reports for instance), or create a new user from the scratch, if they have been onboarded manually.
To do so, please head over to the Musixmatch account registration page and fill in the requested information.
Once this has been done, please email the Musixmatch team at publishers-support@musixmatch.com and let us know:
the registered email address(es);
the information of the publishing company those address(es) needs access to;
With these information, the Musixmatch Publishing team will be able to grant the due permissions to the newly created users.
