The first thing to do would be make sure you are providing us the correct artist link during verification.

If your artist verification is not approved, please check the email we have sent you with the actions to take on your side to get your verification approved.

They will explain to you what is the root cause of the issue. Please be aware that some issues needs to be resolved by you or your label directly contacting Spotify and/or Apple Music.
