How it works
Save your design in Merch Studio.
Set your price for each product from your dashboard (see below).
Confirm your rights to the lyrics and artwork (required — see below).
Publish to your artist and lyrics pages on Musixmatch.com.
Fans buy directly. Each order is produced and shipped for you.
You create and set the price. We handle production, shipping, and delivery.
Pricing and what you earn
Every product has a fixed base cost of €15. This covers production and shipping, and is what we need to make and deliver each item.
You set your own retail price, with a minimum of €15. Your earnings on each sale are your retail price minus the €15 base cost.
Example — a T-shirt priced at €30:

Important: at the €15 minimum, your earnings are €0 — you break even. To earn on each sale, set your price above €15. There are no listing fees and no monthly charges for selling; the €15 base cost is only applied when a fan actually buys.
The figure above is your gross earnings per sale. The amount you actually receive when you withdraw may be reduced by tax withholding.
Shipping and fulfillment
Shipping is currently included in the €15 base cost, so fans are not charged extra for delivery at checkout.

You don't manage any inventory or logistics.
Orders are typically produced and delivered within about 10 days.
Getting paid
Each month, we send you a report of what you've earned from your sales. Your payout is managed through these monthly reports.
How it works
Monthly earnings report. Each month we send you a report of everything you've earned from your sales.
Payout threshold. You can be paid once your earnings reach €50. Below that, your balance carries over to the following month until you cross the threshold.
Payout schedule. Payouts are processed once a month.
Payout terms. Before your first payout, you'll be asked to review and accept the payout terms.
Tax withholding
Because your earnings count as income, a withholding tax is applied to your payout. This can be up to 30%, and the exact rate depends on your country of tax residence and the information you provide during identity verification — which is why we ask for your tax and identity details before your first payout. The amount is deducted automatically.
For example, on €15 of gross earnings, up to €4.50 (30%) may be withheld, so you would receive between €10.50 and the full €15, depending on your tax situation.

What you'll need to provide to be paid
Because we're paying you directly, we're legally required to verify your identity for tax and compliance purposes. Before your first payout, you'll need to provide:
Your personal details
Identity verification (an ID check)
Your bank account details (e.g. IBAN)
This information is used only to process your payments and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Rights confirmation (required)
Before you can publish, you must confirm that you hold the necessary rights:
Publishing rights for the lyrics
Printing rights for any artwork
If your work is administered through a third party (for example, Songtrust), you'll need written authorization to sell merchandise featuring it.
We cannot publish or sell any product until rights are confirmed. If you can't confirm rights for a design, you can either provide written authorization or modify the design to use cover art only.
