Report a problem: there's no audio track

While working on a Mission, it could happen you're not able to listen to the song and the following error message could be shown as in the example below:

The first thing to do is try refreshing the page a few times (on Windows CTRL + SHIFT + R while on macOS Command + Shift + R)

Please try to disconnect Spotify and reconnect it via the Musixmatch Studio settings on the web or mobile app (Home > Settings).

If the problem persists, you have to report the issue by selecting the "Report the problem" option in the mission list or directly when editing:
