We encourage you to make your reports via the dedicated Slack channels. There are specific places for specific issues and our moderators keep a close eye on your requests. You can also report any issues you may be experiencing through our support form, here.
We advise against reporting issues via social media, simply because there are other methods specifically designed to get you quicker and better results!
If you see other users posting about Musixmatch on socials, you can of course feel free to engage with them, give them instructions or talk about your experience. We just kindly ask that you make it clear you're speaking for yourself rather than for the company. We have a designated Social Media team and all and any official company communication should come from them.
