After I purchased a Pro Plan, I cannot complete my artist verification successfully. What can I do?
The first thing to do would be make sure you are providing us the correct artist link during verification.
If your artist verification is rejected, it must be for one of the reasons that we have listed here.

They will explain to you what is the root cause of the issue. Please be aware that some issues needs to be resolved by you or your label directly contacting Spotify and/or Apple Music.
