Mistakes sometimes make it into published lyrics, syncs, and translations. Here are your options for fixing one.
If you are the artist
If you've already verified your artist account on Musixmatch Pro, edit the lyrics yourself in the Roster tab.

If you are a Community member
Your editing permissions depend on your community role. Musixmatch reserves the broadest editing permissions for its most experienced contributors, but you have 4 ways to get a correction made, from fastest to most permanent.
1. Ask for help now: if the lyrics are verified by Musixmatch, reach out to the Specialist who transcribe the song via our Musixmatch Community Slack Workspace. You can check that on the lyric page's contributors tab, and then find their Slack contact in this list.
2. Get basic editing rights: pass the Musixmatch Academy to unlock your first level of publishing power.
3. Get full editing rights: become a Curator. Curators can correct any song that Specialists or Musixmatch staff have not verified, and some that they have. Once you're a Curator, you edit lyrics directly on the Musixmatch website using your Curator publishing permissions. If you're still unable to edit the lyrics you'd like to, consider making an official Lyrics Correction request via our dedicated flow.
