Get a complete overview of your label's catalog in one dashboard. Pro for Labels shows you exactly how many songs you have, how many have distributed lyrics, and how many still need attention. Key metrics at a glance include:

Lyrics coverage — how much of your catalog has lyrics available
Time-synced lyrics — tracks with line-by-line sync for streaming platforms
Translation coverage — songs with lyrics translated into other languages
Distributed lyrics — tracks whose lyrics have been sent to partners like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Instagram, YouTube, and Tidal

Check your catalog health score

Your dashboard shows a Catalog Health score, giving your team a quick read on how complete and distribution-ready your catalog is — across lyrics, sync, translations, and distribution status.

Edit and enrich your lyrics

Edit lyrics directly in the built-in lyrics editor. For each track you can:

Write or paste the full transcript
Add time-sync (line-by-line timestamps for karaoke-style display)
Add translations into other languages
Set song structure (verses, chorus, bridge, etc.)

Run AI-powered analysis on your lyrics

Outsource your lyrics transcriptions

Need lyrics transcribed but don't have the capacity in-house? You can request transcription directly through the platform and have Musixmatch's team handle it for you — so your tracks are ready to review and distribute without lifting a finger.

For large catalog updates, use the Bulk Lyrics Upload service to upload multiple lyrics files at once. This is ideal for new album releases or catalog catch-up projects.

Getting Started

Already have a claimed label?

Log in to Musixmatch Pro, then click on Workspaces in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select Label to enter the label space.
If you manage more than one label, use the dropdown menu in the top-right corner to switch between them.
You can now:

Check your stats — review your Catalog Health score and coverage metrics from the dashboard
Edit your catalog — search and filter your tracks, then add or update lyrics, time-sync, translations, and credits
Request services — submit a quote request for outsourced transcription, sync, or translation directly from the platform
